Your CSV stays in your browser. We do not upload or store your product data.

Local file processing

The CSV tool reads files you explicitly select and processes them in browser memory. It does not send file contents, filenames, SKUs, product titles, or image URLs to a server. It does not fetch URLs found in your file. Resetting or closing the page clears the tool’s in-memory copy. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them.

No accounts or saved catalogs

This version has no accounts, database, advertising cookies, or server-side file storage. We do not put your CSV data into local storage or session storage.

Language preference and recent activity

We remember an explicitly selected language locally. Completed scans save up to 10 summaries on this device: tool identifier, timestamp, row count, critical/warning/information counts and readiness score. No filename, cell value or CSV contents are saved. Use “Clear local history” in Recent Activity to remove summaries. Browser storage may be unavailable; the tool still works. These preferences and summaries are never synchronized or sent to analytics. On a shared device, other users of this browser profile may see these summaries.

Website requests and analytics

Your browser requests ordinary website assets from the hosting provider. The provider may process standard connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. Product data is not included in those requests. Hosting connection logs can include IP addresses, requested paths, query strings, timestamps, and browser information; do not put sensitive data into site URLs.

Optional analytics uses PostHog at https://us.i.posthog.com. It starts only when you select “Allow optional analytics” below the CSV tool. You can keep using every tool feature without consenting. Use “Withdraw analytics consent” in the same section to stop further analytics immediately. Consent and the random event identifier exist only in page memory; leaving or reloading the page ends consent. Already delivered events cannot be recalled by withdrawal; contact the operator about data requests.

Allowed events are tool_view, file_selected, tool_started, scan_completed, errors_found, auto_fix_clicked, download_clicked and report_download_clicked. They contain the tool identifier and, where applicable, a file-size bucket, row count, critical/warning/information counts, readiness score and safe-fix count. PostHog receives a public project token, a random temporary identifier and flags disabling person-profile processing and GeoIP enrichment. Its servers can still observe connection metadata such as IP address, browser headers and the site origin. Events are not buffered or backfilled.

We never send filenames, local paths, CSV contents, cells, parsed records, product titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices, inventory, vendors, handles, categories, tags, header names, issue text, before/after values, product/image URLs, page query strings or referrer URLs through analytics. Requests omit referrers and cookies. There is no session replay, automatic pageview, autocapture, DOM/form capture, person profile, feature flag, console or error recording.
